I’m THANKFUL, not JUST for slots

Author’s Side Note: Don’t forget to check out our new t-shirts here: http://www.Shirts.Won.com – they make a GREAT gift for the holidays!

It’s been a tough year, folks. A lot of negative stuff, a lot of sadness, a lot of suffering. Admittedly, I’ve still been doing okay through most of this, and I know I’m one of the lucky ones. That’s why – even if you’re going through particularly tough times – this is a good time of year to stop, take a breath, and think about the things that you are thankful for. For me, of course, I’m always thankful for slot machines. But more important, I’m thankful that my businesses haven’t taken too much of a downturn, so I’m still able to spend money playing them. Most important of all, though, I’m thankful for my family – life would surely be much more difficult without my parents and my twins.

So yes, as you certainly know, I’m always thankful for slot machines and casinos. I work pretty much around the clock, so it’s nice to have a fun hobby that I can turn to, even though I do lose most of the time, and I definitely don’t turn a profit on slots long-term, but man, when I win? What a crazy feeling. Either way, I do love playing slots. And playing them as often as I do for my YouTube channel has given me a chance to go to cool cities, stay in awesome hotels, and explore elaborate casinos almost everywhere.

But the only reason I’m able to afford to play slots (with the massive budgets) is because my businesses continue to do well, (usually) even during times of economic downturn. I’ve blogged in greater detail about it here, but my affiliate marketing business (where I broker products to people who can generate leads), my website domain business (where the URLs I own help other people make money), and my real estate hustle (where I focus mainly on commercial properties) all continue to do well enough. And more recently, it’s been my day trading that’s really picked up the slack – more on that in the coming weeks, I promise.

Ultimately, though, it’s my family that keeps me most positive and most thankful through all this. I couldn’t have asked for a better mother – on more than one occasion, she’s been known to join me for slot play, and if she’s not there in person, she’s always supportive of my channel, tuning in to watch frequently. My dad is also extremely supportive. I’m a single parent, so he’s always been there to help me with the twins any time I need it. And when it comes to those two, it really is incredible to see what amazing people they’ve grown into – I love how they’re both such unique individuals; it’s inspiring to me, as a father.

With that being said, even though I know the world is in shambles right now, I truly feel blessed to have my family, my work, and, of course, the chance to play slots. Whether or not I have my vast wealth, having just a few things like this will always keep me going. This year, even though I know it’s hard, I hope that you too will remember the things that are most important to you, and be thankful. With a little luck, hopefully, we’ll all see better times ahead.
